Biaz said during an interview with Fox News Channel’s Geraldo Rivera that the jury saw that Cayley’s death was an accident.
The jury members chose not to speak immediately after the trial so Biaz doesn’t know whether they concluded it was an accident and even whether the claim that it was an accidental drowning played any role in the jury’s decision.
Such a comment is disrespectful to the truth that the cause of death can’t be known.
